
The Jets Are Getting Good At Kicking Field Goals!
Mike Nugent has seen a lot of plays his first season at the Jets kicker. Since New York is scared of getting over the actual goal line, Herm calls on Mike to finish the job. The Jets lost another game, seven in a row, 16-3 against the New England Patriots. Gillette Stadium played host to the Gang Green with a 4:15 kickoff time. Curtis Martin rushed for only 29 yards not to be outdone by Bollinger who threw for 135 yards and one interception. The game was played in cold weather as the Jets scored in the second quarter with a 38-yard field goal. Reggie Bush is now on the Jets radar with only four games left.
